Red Wine Blending Session at Deschain Cellars!

Join The Vin Collective for a red wine blending session! Let’s celebrate Harvest Season with a curated event at a winery with an award-winning Winemaker – Willem Johnson @DeschainCellars! We will learn simple strategies for building “flavor profiles.” Willem will teach us the techniques for identifying flavors that  he learned early in life and inspired  his career as a professional Winemaker. Then, learn how to taste and blend 3 distinct red wines to create your own flavor blend and gain an understanding of the bottling and storing process. 

Plus… There is an option onsite to purchase a full bottle of your own blended wine for an additional $30+tax (paid directly at the winery.)

This will be a great event for fall that will include food, wine, and fun! Plus, swag! Share with your friends. 

AND…. Let me know if you want to hang out a little longer and help celebrate Richard’s Birthday and enjoy live music @ 6pm featuring Skinny Blew! A 3-piece ensemble Featuring Blues, Classic Rock, R&B, Funk, Jazz and Country.
